Crafted Legends Community Code

The Crafted Legends Community Code (“Code”) defines the standards of behavior and content that apply whenever you create, share, or interact with any content in connection with the game Crafted Legends (“Game”).

By playing, uploading, or publishing any material within or related to Crafted Legends, you agree to follow this Code.

This Code applies to:

• All in-game content created or uploaded by players.
• Any communication or sharing conducted through Crafted Legends’ systems or its official community spaces.
• Any interaction that takes place in the context of the Game, including user-generated assets, in-game names, garage content, or shared tracks.

This Code is a standalone document but works in harmony with the Game’s Terms of Service and Steam’s Community Guidelines. Violating this Code may lead to account suspension, permanent bans, or revoked access to the Game.

“Player Content” refers to anything you create, upload, or share through Crafted Legends or its associated systems, including but not limited to:

• Text: player names, track names, garage names, car names, or descriptions.
• Images: thumbnails, garage logos, decals, in-game screenshots, branding graphics.
• Video and animation: gameplay captures, replays, show-off videos, track layout previews.
• Structural or creative assets: track designs, car setups, or mechanical configurations.

All published content becomes publicly visible to other players as part of the Crafted Legends experience.

We encourage creativity and originality. Crafted Legends was designed to showcase your ideas — but that freedom comes with responsibility.

By sharing content, you agree that:

• You are solely responsible for all material you submit or make available.
• You will not upload, publish, or distribute any content that violates this Code, any law, or any third-party rights.
• You will respect other players’ experiences and the integrity of the Game.

You retain ownership of your creations. However, by uploading or sharing any Player Content, you grant the developers of Crafted Legends a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, reproduce, distribute, and adapt that content within the Game and its related services (such as leaderboards, replays, showcases, and promotional materials).

You agree that:

• The developers are not responsible for verifying or policing third-party rights in your uploads.
• You will not use copyrighted or trademarked material that you do not have the rights to.
• Player Content and any materials derived from the Game may not be used to create or support another commercial product, service, or game.

Screenshots, gameplay recordings, and other personal sharing on social platforms are freely permitted as long as they are non-commercial and comply with this Code.

You must not create, upload, or share any content that falls under — or closely resembles — any of the following categories:

🧨 Hate, Violence, and Harassment

• Hateful, discriminatory, or demeaning content targeting individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexuality, religion, disability, or any similar attribute.
• Promotion of violence, self-harm, or threats against others.
• Harassment, bullying, stalking, or doxxing.

🕳️ Political, Religious, or Ideological Messaging

• Political slogans, party references, campaign symbols, or content that supports or opposes political movements.
• Anti-religious, blasphemous, or religiously promotional content.

🍑 Sexual or Adult Material

• Nudity, pornography, sexual acts, or sexually suggestive references.
• Track layouts or images resembling sexual organs or acts.

💣 Inappropriate or Offensive Language

• Profanity, slurs, or aggressive and hateful expressions.
• Names or text that use disguised or censored swear words.

⚖️ Legal and Intellectual Property Violations

• Any content that infringes copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
• Content containing logos or media owned by third parties without permission.

🔧 Cheating and Exploitation

• Uploading, distributing, or promoting cheats, hacks, or exploits.
• Taking advantage of game bugs or design flaws with the intent or foreseeable effect of disrupting fair play or spoiling others’ enjoyment.

🧷 Miscellaneous Prohibitions

• Misleading or fraudulent content.
• Commercial advertising, sales, or solicitation.
• Real-world or personal information about yourself or others.

In addition to content restrictions, the following conduct is not permitted within the Crafted Legends community or game environment:

• Harassing, threatening, or intimidating other players.
• Repeatedly submitting false reports or abusing moderation tools.
• Flooding or spamming shared content areas.
• Attempting to manipulate, hack, or destabilize game systems.
• Circumventing suspensions, bans, or moderation decisions.

To maintain a safe and enjoyable community, Crafted Legends employs a three-layer moderation system:

1. Automated Filtering – AI and keyword systems identify and block obvious violations (e.g., profanity, hate symbols).
2. Manual Review – Our moderation team may review reported or flagged content.
3. Community Reporting – Players can report inappropriate content directly through in-game tools.

The developers reserve the right to:

• Remove or hide any content at any time, without notice.
• Temporarily or permanently suspend player accounts.
• Revoke game access in severe or repeated cases of misconduct.
• Delete content for technical, compatibility, or Beta-phase reasons, independently of moderation outcomes.

All moderation actions are final unless an appeal process is provided through Steam’s own systems.

If you encounter content or behavior that violates this Code:

• Use the in-game reporting tools where available.
• You may also report issues through Steam’s community moderation system.

We may not respond individually to every report, but all reports are logged and reviewed as capacity allows.

Violations of this Code may result in:

• Warnings or temporary suspensions.
• Removal of offending content.
• Permanent account bans.
• Revocation of access to Crafted Legends and all related services.

No refunds or compensations will be issued for content or access lost due to violations of this Code.

This Code is governed by the laws of the European Union.

The developers of Crafted Legends disclaim all liability for Player Content and are under no obligation to pre-screen, monitor, or host such content.

By playing Crafted Legends or submitting Player Content, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with this Code and all other applicable policies.
